Our plant operates under the Federal Inspection regime, whose hygiene and health requirements are governed by the MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK AND SUPPLY - MAPA and the FEDERAL INSPECTION SERVICE - SIF, under which our establishment holds SIF 1847.

Our main focus is quality, which is why we concentrate on a single processing plant, which guarantees total control of the process.

Thanks to the constant modernization of our industry, in 2015, Frigorífico Zimmer became one of the few companies in Rio Grande do Sul to export to demanding markets such as Saudi Arabia, Canada, Egypt, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile and Hong Kong. This is the greatest testament to our quality and industrial excellence.
